I started triathlon three years ago working at Sole Sports when I met Dan Cadriel. At the time I was hoping to become a navy seal. My training was similar to that of a triathlete so I figured I'd give it a shot. Marquee 70.3 was a few weeks later so I signed up. After that I was hooked. Later that year I signed up for one Multisport and bought a TT bike. I did a few more races then I decided to signup for sun devil triathlon at ASU. While training with some guys from ASU I realized I had a lot of work to do. I had been a runner in high school so running was always my strong point. Over the last 2 yrs I gained a lot of experience and speed and in 2015 I made the ONE Elite team. I always looked up to those guys, which makes me honored to be one. I'm looking to a very fun and successful year.
