Bio: I began competing in triathlons in 2009 after spectating and volunteering at Ironman Arizona. I was instantly hooked. I love everything about the sport: the athletes, the competition, and the hot tri chicks. Iron distance triathlons appeal to me the most because it’s at these races where I truly feel like I’m pushing my body to its absolute limits. I love “digging deep” and seeing how my body reacts to the race’s harsh demands. As my fellow Elite teammate, Dan Cadriel, put it:
One of the main reasons I love Ironman is because it imitates life. It peels away all layers of yourself and you find out what you’re made of.The past two years have been breakthrough years for me. I've raced in the Boston Marathon, 70.3 World Championships, podium finished at Ironman Canada, and competed in the Ironman World Championship. I'm going to get even faster in 2014!

What’s your favorite race and why? Kona; it's the best of the best!
What’s your favorite workout? Track workouts, cuz I like running rearry, rearry fast.
How do you celebrate after a big race? The 10 buck froyo cup.
What' s a hobby of yours besides triathlon? Watching the Hawks, eating Skittles, going beast mode in every aspect of life.
What is your ultimate triathlon goal? Age group podium at Ironman World Championship
